It could pay to give yourself a permission slip to just stop for 15 minutes - just to tune into your bodies needs.

Lack of Creativity and not enough time spent in Flow State

Quick Tip:
Weave small creative and interesting projects into your life.
Knitting, drawing, woodworking, cooking, car restoration, reading- anything to engage your creativity, a few times a week at least, will mean that you are
ACTING, moving and making, doing and exploring, in ways that are FEELING GOOD, and creating a positive feedback loop.
