Each session is tailored to the emotional or energetic patterning you're ready to alchemise and re-story. Resources and prepatory work is provided before hand, so you can weave DAILY CREATIVITY into your world.

What's the proccess?

​

We begin in sacred space, where you're invited to unravel your story at your own pace. I draw from traditional and contemporary counselling tools — including somatic therapy, inner child and parts work, CBT, and CFT — to meet you in a grounded and trauma-informed way.

 

Then we bridge into a unique creative process where you are gently guided into a meditative, heart-led state where your heart-wisdom can emerge onto the page. We use coloured pencils and/or water colours.

Do I need artistic experience? 

 

No! This is not about artistic skill or technique — it’s about flow state, imagination, and healing. This process supports nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, self-love, integration. EVERYBODY is connected to creative source!

What will I draw, paint & write? 

 

It is genuinely unique. I provide guidance and process. We dance in the energies together, but what comes through you onto the page, will be yours. I will hold and support you.  You could call in elementals, animal spirits, archetypal energies, symbols, land messages - and your own poetic voice expressions. This is a space for reclaiming the creative self.
